The person or organization operating the UseChooser website is responsible for the personal-data processing described here. You can send privacy questions and rights requests through the contact form below.
Information you enter in tools
Names, teams, tasks, meal options and similar lists; football skill ratings; saved lists; favorites; and recently used tools are kept in your browser during normal use. Standard tools do not send this content to UseChooser's server. You can remove it by clearing browser or site data. Other people using your device may be able to see it, so do not enter sensitive information.
Online Tombala rooms
When you create or join a room, your name or nickname, room code, assigned Tombala card, and game state (drawn numbers and winners) are kept on the server to run the game. Player names are visible to others in the room; each player sees only their own card. A room link expires 8 hours after creation. Expired room records are removed when another room is created, so they may remain on the server after the link expires until that cleanup runs.
Contact form
Your name, email address, subject, and message are kept so the site operator can review and reply to your request. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for a reply or follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.
Cookies and technical logs
Necessary cookies may be used to keep forms and Tombala rooms secure. Google Analytics measures site traffic and how the tools are used. It may collect statistics about visited pages, browser and device details, and interactions through cookies or similar identifiers. This measurement data is used to improve the service, not for ad targeting. The system hosting the site may also process technical records such as IP address, visit time, and browser details to provide and protect the service. Retention depends on the services and hosting settings in use.
Purposes and sharing
Data is used to provide the tool or Tombala room you request, respond to contact messages, maintain service security and continuity, and meet legal obligations where applicable. Processing is based on applicable legal grounds such as providing a requested service, legitimate interests in responding and protecting the service, and legal obligations. Tombala room data is shown to room participants as needed to run the game. Hosting or infrastructure providers and authorized site administrators may access data when needed to operate the service. Personal data is not sold or used for ad targeting. If you follow an external link such as SinePati, that site's own privacy practices apply.
Retention
Browser-stored information remains until you delete it. Tombala rooms become inaccessible 8 hours after creation; expired records are removed when a later room is created. Contact messages are retained while needed for a response and follow-up; no automatic deletion schedule is configured in the application. The hosting environment determines how long technical server logs are kept.
Your rights and requests
Where Turkish Law No. 6698 applies, you may have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it and its purposes or recipients, seek correction or deletion under the law, object where the legal conditions are met, and claim compensation for damage. Where EU data-protection law applies, rights may also include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Share only information needed to assess your request; do not send national ID numbers or sensitive data.
Safer use and updates
You may use a nickname instead of a real name. Inform people before entering their names or information, and do not enter health, identity, financial, or other sensitive information. If our data practices change, we will update this notice on this page.
